Singular Sound SuperSwitch — Six-Button Foot Controller for BeatBuddy 2 and Aeros

The Singular Sound SuperSwitch is a dedicated footswitch expansion unit for the BeatBuddy 2 drum machine pedal and the Aeros loop studio. It places six silent, assignable buttons at the player's feet, replacing touchscreen taps mid-performance. Its proprietary signal protocol allows simultaneous, synchronized triggers — pause while firing an accent hit, switch parts while launching a fill.

Multi-Command Triggering and Silent Operation

Unlike generic multi-button controllers that fire one command at a time, Superswitch encodes multiple button states into a single TRS cable. Players can jump to a new song part while triggering half-time or double-time tempo changes. The six momentary switches are whisper-quiet.

Plug-and-Play Integration with BeatBuddy 2 and Aeros

This model connects via a single 1/4" TRS cable — no power supply, no MIDI interface, no separate adapters needed. Both pedals expose a dedicated multiswitch port that recognizes the unit automatically.

Six Assignable Buttons with Per-Mode Programming

Each button is assignable through the host pedal's settings menu, with separate functions for Playing, Paused, and Stopped states. On the BeatBuddy 2, common uses include fills, transitions, accent hits, half-time, double-time, and folder navigation. On the Aeros, the buttons open the mixer, launch overdubs, mute or unmute tracks, clear the song, and toggle the slideout.
