Harps

Harps are exceptional musical instruments whose sound can create a unique and magical atmosphere. This instrument is known for its delicacy and elegance and is used not only in classical music but also in various other genres where a clean, harmonious sound is required. A harp's range, construction and portability vary according to the number of strings and the size of its body.

The price of a harp plays an important role in your choice, as it can represent a valuable investment for several years. Thanks to its distinctive construction and specific playing method, the harp offers a broad palette of sonic possibilities that even the most demanding musicians will appreciate.

The number of strings determines both the range and playing method

A smaller lever harp is easier to transport and suitable for basic repertoire, but a larger number of strings provides a broader tonal range. With a lever model, note which strings are fitted with levers and whether they can be operated comfortably while playing. String spacing and tension affect how the instrument feels under your fingers.

Your playing position is also crucial: the body should be stable, your shoulders relaxed and you must be able to reach the outermost notes without leaning. The instrument requires a tuning key, a suitable tuner and a case matching the shape of its body. Order replacement strings according to the manufacturer, position and material, as they are not universal components.
