The Ragnarøk represents the ultimate evolution of what a distortion pedal can be: a fully tube-powered distortion and preamp designed to deliver the weight, depth, and organic response of a cranked amplifier directly to your pedalboard. Built for players who demand both aggression and subtlety, it offers everything from warm harmonic overdrive to crushing high-gain tones.

At its core is a genuine tube circuit that produces a natural feel and responsiveness far beyond typical solid-state pedals. Every note breathes, chords have powerful presence, and pick attack is translated with exceptional clarity and dynamics.

Despite its power, Ragnarøk is easy to control while remaining highly versatile. It features selectable distortion modes that can transform any amplifier: use it with a clean channel to add both a lower gain (green) channel and an intense high-gain channel. It also works perfectly as a boost into an already driven amp, where its tube saturation blends smoothly with existing distortion.

In Preamp mode, Ragnarøk closely resembles the lead channels of the Prometheus, with a slightly more American voicing and a plate-driven tone stack. The Cut control allows fine-tuning from thick sludge tones to modern metal sounds. Additionally, it includes a full amplifier-style EQ inside the pedal. It can be connected directly to a power amp, cab simulator, or audio interface for fully tube-driven tones suitable for both studio and live use.

The unit comes equipped with NOS 6n2P preamp tubes, but these can be replaced with modern ECC83 / 12AX7 tubes. Simply switch the internal selector before installing different tubes.
