I already bought 6 electric guitars from Muziker and I kept 5 of them. I am customer since 2019 and my location is Vienna, Austria. Often, there has been a reclaim, because of product quality issues, but the people from customer service are very friendly and helpful and we found always a solution. This is the art that things work, if you order from an online shop, without having seen the product previously. About 2 years ago, the customer service team needed some time to react, but this issue does not exist anymore. They react within a few hours now. The transport company, which they used currently (GLS) need sometimes more passion from the customer. This is something, that can/should become better. But for this reason, I don't give one star less. I give the full 5 stars to Muziker, because they really try. Thanks, Dionyssios
